Ugly Truth: The Katrina Cover-Up Begins

If you've got the stomach for it, the images the media won't show you (for fear of losing viewers and therefore ad dollars) of Katrina's aftermath can be found here. We'll never know exactly how much of this ugly death and devastation might have been prevented if Bush had cared enough about New Orleans to fund its levees properly, or cared enough about all of America simply to keep FEMA in working order rather than use it as his own piggybank. But we do know that Bush doesn't want you to know the truth, which is why he's planning to investigate his own malfeasance and negligence, and we do know he doesn't want you to see the death on the gulf coast. Maybe if enough people see it anyway, America will lose its stomach for Bush himself.
